Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Customers
For customers in the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period where you can cancel or return your order for any reason. The same return conditions apply.

Refunds
Post-inspection of your return, we'll inform you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
